Benjamin, Thank you so much for your donation to Ashley.

The Story

Last night, a mom was looking at Ashley's website. She had been praying for our Ash since reading the Oakland Heights Baptist Church sign asking people to pray for Ashley and her transplant surgery. I recently added Ashley's website address to the sign at my office and this mom found the website and was becoming more familiar with Ashley's Story. Well, when she went to the site the music started playing "Jesus loves me this I know..." Four year old Benjamin heard the song and came running in the room and told his mom he loved that song. He then asked what was she looking at and she told him Ashley's story. Little Benjamin dissapeard for a while and came back after emptying his piggy bank and told his mom "Here, this is for Ashawee." Today that mom stopped by our office and handed us a ziplock baggie with Benjamin's donation. A post it note inside reads "Ashawee money, from Benjamin."
