Things keep rising

It is 4:35 a.m. and all of Ashley's numbers are rising. Her WBC are now t 44! The high end of normal is only 17. Her temp is still up and her heart rate is climbing again. Her tummy is still hard and distended. I don't know what is happening inside her tiny body. She is just so little and I don't know how much she can take. The chest and abdomen x-rays showed nothing. They have started another super anti-biotic. This makes 3 very powerful drugs in addition to the many others. The nurse has called in the doctors again and I do not know what they will decide.
