Dear Donor Family,

I know that I don't have to remind you that tonight it has been six weeks since Ashley received your gift. I just wanted you to know that it has been 6 weeks that we along with thousands of others have prayed to the Father to comfort your hearts. It has been six weeks that we have loved you from afar because you cared enough to reach out to our baby. It has been six weeks that I looked at my Ashley and have seen not one precious soul but now two. It has been six weeks that I have marveled at your unselfish hearts at such a difficult hour. It has been six weeks that I have felt connected to your family and have longed to thank you with just the right words. It has been six weeks that I have searched for those words and can't seem to find any that seem to fit the magnitude of your gift. It has been six weeks that I have watched my daughter struggle with the goal of making it to the end to live the life He has given to her because of your gift. It has been six weeks that I have rocked my Ashley and thought constantly of your little one. It has been six weeks that I have wished for you to know the depth of my gratitude. It has been six weeks that I have had to spend with my daughter because of you. It has been six weeks and I have thought of your family every day. It has been six weeks and I want you to know that you have strengthened my faith in people, in this life, and in my God. It has now been six weeks. You are loved and prayed for everyday.
