Spa Day
Love the hairdo? It made us laugh out loud! Dave and I enjoyed giving her the first bath, but our little pickle was not enjoying it. She had no idea what to think about all of the water. She refused to smile, splash or play. We are hoping tomorrow's bath will be a little better for her.
As soon as we picked her up and dried her off she began to clap and smile. It was such a blessing to be able to place her in the water. It only took us two years to get here. I can't imagine where God will take her in the next two years.

What a precious picture. I am sure that she will learn to love her bath's! I can't wait to see where she will be in 2 years either! ~Chan~
Love this pic, she will soon love the baths. I also wanted to say I think her eyes look great. What a beautiful little pickle princess.
Love the pic. I know it must have been a little frightening for her at first. Soon she will love it and you will probably have a hard time getting her out of the tub. There is just something about playing in water that most all kids seem to love. Can't believe she is growing up so big. So very proud that she is doing so well. God promised to take care of all her needs. He looks like he has done a very good job. Having the family too that Ashley has plays a big part in her recovery and progress. She is so lucky to have such loving, caring, compassionate parents such as yourself. Now you need to pat yourself on the back for doing such a fine job! I know it has been a rough road to travel these last few years. But, you made it very well with God right there by your side. Hope to see happier pics of Ashly in the bathtub real soon. Take care. Love you guys, Cindy Adams
adorable picture~ she looks like little Cindy Loo Who...she is doing so well! what a miracle! love, Pam
What a face! :) She just didn't know what to think did she? Well, after she thinks about it, I'm sure she'll have fun (on her terms of course!). Glad y'all are home and while it's hard adjusting to the "new" routine, I know it's something you do with gladness. :)
What a priceless picture! I could just squeeeeeeeeeeze those cheeks!
OH MY GOSH! This is worth a 1000 words!!!
Precious - just precious!
I am so thankful for all the good news regarding meds, central line, etc. What a little miracle!
God has held Ashley so close and answered so many prayers. I know He will continue to do great things in her life. Can't wait to see what the next two years bring. May you be blessed with more joy, smiles, hugs and laughter than your heart can hold!
I just love all the good news!!
Love to the whole family!

She is just the sweetest thing! This reminds me of when my kids were newborns--not sure what to think of the water--but they got the hang of it quick! I'm sure she will, too--and even if she doesn't, that picture of her is well worth it all--absolutely adorable :)
