Why isn't she walking yet? She doesn't eat anything by mouth? Why won't she answer?

Even after 3 1/2 years they don't know my daughter. It's a surprise to them to find out she hadn't spoken since the day she coded in the very picu I'm taking get back to. They are always curious as to " why hadn't she been in physical therapy?". To say it's disheartening is an under statement. Emotionally it is almost unbearable.

I just have to remind myself that the Creator is in control of her life and that this is the plan He set aside for my daughter. Transplant is just one part of that plan. He used the knowledge and skill of this team to continue His plan for our Ashley. If I focus on that very thing then I know we can get through this yet again.
