You've got to love and daddy and his little girl. They sure have a way to make them giglle don't they.
I think I have an exersaucer lined up for you. I'll let you know on Tuesday for sure.
Hope tomorrow goes well and Ashley is not bothered by the chemo. Praying too that the line issue doesn't force you back to the OR.

Dave and Trish-

I have to tell you a funny! I have three boys ages 7, 6, and 3. Every night before we go to bed my husband and I pray for our requests and your Ashley has been on the list for my kids to pray for. Well, tonight, I said, "Remember the little Gherkin Pickle (I wasn't thinking)" and my 3-y-o said, "What pickle? They aren't people, are they?" After we were done, I brought them to the computer to show them the "pickle" and explain why you call her that. My 3-y-o pipes up and says with his hands on his hips, "Mommy, that is NOT a pickle. That is a baby gril (he can't say girl) and she's cute." "She is NOT green like a pickle. And besides, she can't be a dill because they are sour. She must be a 'sweet' pickle." I laughed, but I also thought it was so sweet because he knew the differences between the kinds of pickles. I was shocked and asked him where he learned that and he just said, "I just know. I don't know where I learned that." I had to share it with you because I thought it might be good for you to hear a laugh.

Take care and good night. Praying for the 'pickle' and her family too!

Thank you for sharing that. I watched and prayed...thanking God for how well her organs are working and praying that every last cancer cell would be removed from her body in Jesus' name.
