Going to the OR
We will be heading down to the OR soon to try to place a central line. Not having and IV in when we go to the OR is not a good thing. They are tossing around several ideas and as of yet we are not really sure what they are going to do. We were concerned on Sunday night that she would have to have a blood draw on Monday. That was one poke, as of tonight she has had more than 25 pokes and we still don't have a solution.

It is SO hard watching them try to get a line! I remember that with Addie the day before her heart surgery, and I thought I was going to go crazy. I am praying especially hard for them, as they search for answers, for her as she continues to be poked, and for you ask you hang on. Know that the multitudes are with you in prayer tonight, Trish!!

I'm so sorry you have gone back to Omaha - but it's great to hear they have so quickly made that decision and started acting in postitive ways to help Ash.

I am praying that all goes well with getting the central line. Poor Ash... I can't imagine all those pokes. Praying for strength for you and Dave as well.
I wish I had something profound to say...but I don't. I will continue to pray for Ashley...she's on my blog and in my heart...I just love her. Praying for all of you.
