SHHHH...
Now I lay me down to sleep... I pray the Lord my soul to keep.Such beautiful words because I know that He is keeping her close to Him tonight. Her eyes have finally closed and her whimpering has ceased. I am so thankful for this moment because her body desperately needs this.
I think she's beautiful. Good night baby gherkin. Mom loves you.

It does apprear, from this precious picture, that little Ashley is going to get some much needed rest for awhile and so maybe her mommy can also get some much needed rest, peacful rest. Just fall back into the arms of Jesus and rest in Him. He is our Comforter and our source of strength. He is that solid Rock.

I woke up this morning and my first thought was to check on you and Ashley. To see that picture pop up of her beautiful face and resting is beyond words.
Praying for you and your family who are miles apart and most importantly, that sweet baby Ashley.

I hope you both got the rest you both needed so much. I wanted to be able to update my Sunday School class on how she is doing, so I got on to check in before my shower. So precious! Praying today is the beginning of recovery (if it hasn't begun already).
