Oh, just look at her! She is so precious and I wonder what she is thinking. God is so good and He does answer prayers, He loves Ashley so much. I am sure she is glad to be out of the tent and able to see you more clearly again Trish. My prayers are set on Christmas season for your family to be all together at home. I pray her bowel is doing some miraculous healing and all fluids are draining and clear up. Keep your hope high and know so many are praying for all of you. Have wonderful rest tonight, both of you girls.
Love, Laurie in Ca.

And from here, lots of praise! She is so adorable, hand behind head as if to say "God is granting me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change." Poor thing is in real need of some normal childhood stuff, huh?

She looks great though, especially out of that tent!

Woohoo, Ashley! You are such a brave little one!

I'm so glad to see your princess out of the tent and is doing better than the previous days. I am continously praying for her recovery and that you and Ash will be home pretty soon, for the Christmas season. God bless you...JD

That little girl is love!!!!!!!!! I love love love that girl!!!! I think it is so great that you have all her cute little blankets and pillows, and choose to dress her when possible. I mean, princesses need to live that way, but I imagine it makes her a little more comfortable being surrounded with "her" things :)

C'monnnnn Ash!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh for sweet! If she keeps tucking that little hand behind her head and crossing that little cherub foot over her knee, I might just have to jump on a plane and head out there to love her aaaaaall up. ;) I'm filled with joy to see her back from camp tonight. Praise God!
Blessings,

I understand completely! Camping is my least favorite activity and the look in Ashley's eyes says the very same. A little attitude and 1000 prayer warriors in her corner have this little girl with flashing eyes ready to get well and go home! God is so very faithful and I believe he has a wonderful life planned for Ashley!

Oh, what WONDERFUL news to read tonight! Yes - prayer works and Ashley is God's little messenger of that :) So good to see her pink cheeks and out of the oxygen tent. Thanks for the update, Trish :)

,I've been on the road all day today and it has given me lots of time for talking with God. As I drove mile after mile, I couldn't help but think of you girls in Omaha and pray for good things to happen. What a blessing to finally get to a computer and check and find this good news! Praise God for His goodness and mercy - out of the tent is awesome! Go Gherkin Go! I had time for lots of prayers to go up for Michelle and her sweet mmom, too. God hears all, understands all and answers all. Look up - He's always with us! Can't wait to hear the good things for tomorrow - Loving you so much, Grandma PS As I came up over a hill on the highway today I was stopped in a long line of traffic. When we finally were allowed to move I discovered there had been a terrible wreck just about 20 cars ahead of me. As I sat there praying it occured to me how blessed I was that I had not been involved, but the grace of God covered me. I continue to think about whoever was in the overturned cars and hope that they were ready to meet the Lord. I don't know for sure how many did not survive, but we never know when the Lord might call us home and we MUST be born again and ready. We all have a plan and purpose for our lives and each of us have our days numbered. Ashley is certainly fulfilling the plan that God laid out for her before He even formed her. What a huge change she is making daily in lives around the globe. There is so much more in her story that we may never see and understand this side of Heaven and I'm so thankful for her. She is incredible and I love her! Grandma
