A Work of Art

Each one she paints is an original. No two are exactly the same. All come from inside the heart of a big sister and that makes them all the more beautiful to me. She has a song in her heart this morning and a smile on her face knowing that she is doing something to make a difference. I feel so very blessed as I watch this beautiful girl create her masterpieces.

Several of you have indicated you would like to have one. We are so happy to get them to you. Allie has a list of your names and she will be completing your paintings by the end of the week. I plan on having them in the mail to those of you who are not local on Saturday. She refuses to set a price and more than anything just wants you to remember to pray for Ash each time you look at it. Feel free to send whatever God lays on your heart and if you would just like to have one as a reminder to pray but cannot give an offering that is fine with her as well.

Here is our list of recipients. If your name is not on the list then just leave us a request and she will be happy to add you. If you are on the list and have not given us an e-mail or a way to contact you then I will place an asterisk at the end of your name. Thanks for loving Ash so much and for appreciating her big sister's artwork.

Ash is feeling yucky today and has been throwing up since 6:00 this morning. I'm not sure whats up with her, but I am waiting to see her lab results. Dave said, "Maybe this is just a "normal" childhood thing this time." Wouldn't that be nice? Normal. Anyway, were hoping it passes soon and she is up to be ornery again by this evening.
