Ashley's Story

She will leave fingerprints all over your heart

Loving Ashley

Ash spent her Valentines Day resting while I spent our Valentines Day hanging her new wallpaper. It was such a blessing to receive all 165 valentines from the students of CHS. Each and every heart contains a message, a scripture, a note of encouragement or lots and lots of stickers(I love the care those sweet babies used to decorate their hearts with!) for our family. Now when Ash opens her eyes she will see how much she is loved from those who wait for her to recover back home in Texas. Thank you guys for all the love and support you give to our Blake and Allison each day as they continue to be strong for their baby sister. You have touched our hearts. We love you!

p.s. It took 2 full hours to get them all up. I went through 4 rolls of hospital tape! It was nice to have something so fun to do. Thank you again.

Great job on the "wall paper", Trish. Ashley is sure to love it, and I know that in her own sweet, baby way, she feels the love that has been sent to her (and the rest of your family).

The hearts are just beautiful and make such pretty wallpaper. Our hearts have been joined with yours as we continue on this journey with you and your family. If only all the hearts that are praying for little Ashley could be counted and placed on a wall, I dare say they would cover that whole floor and more.

As she wakes and sees those bright and beautiful hearts, may it bring a big smile to her precious little face. I am sure when she wakes, there will be tears of joy and a huge smile on one loving mommy's face.

Praying for peace and comfort in all things. Praying for David's safe trip.

Love and prayers~~~Janiece

What a precious gift! I'm glad you were able to have a little fun yesterday. We hope, too, that it will be an encouragement to Ashley. She is so precious. praying for all of you today, and for Dave as he travels.

Yesterday and today have been more emotional for me than usual - this photo brought more tears, but they are thankful ones. Oh what a blessing those children and teachers at CHS are! Praying.....still continuing to pray without ceasing. I'm so thankful you have Dave with you for the weekend! Hold each other tight as we hold you all three in our hearts and Blake and Allie here. I love you all so much! Grandma

Hi there,
The valentine wallpaper looks great. I have wanted to send you something but have been racking my brain trying to think of what you would like. But then I realized I should just ask! If there is anything fun you'd like or a real need you have, let me know. If there's anything you can email me at abcbrittain@yahoo.com

Those hearts look so cool, much better than the plain white walls. Ashley is going to love it!
