For Ash

This post is for Ash. I wanted be sure and share it with her. Its pretty long (a little more than 5 minutes), but we wanted it to be included in her journal. You have come through so much over the last 22 months and mommy and daddy are very proud of you. You are so loved! Not only by your family but by your Creator too. Enjoy sweet girl.

Oh Trish...I imagine it's so hard to put everything that is Ashley into words, but this video sums it up beautifully. Her precious smile was the one thing that always stayed the same. Praying for you as you prepare to enter a new phase in Ashley's life.

Sweet little Ash....God has brought you & your family so far. I think it is your "firecracker" personality....& the plans God has ahead for you that continue to bring blessings & miracles. You have already touched the lives of so many.....brought people closer to God....restored the FAITH ...of some who have lost Faith & hope.....your story means so much to those who have become a part of it....because as you grow & progress.....we see what a mighty GOD we serve....& we KNOW he hears our prayers & answers them in HIS timing. Much love to you Darling girl... (Hope you got to see the fireworks tonight....we did but it was crowded....) Night...night...little one.

Thank you for sharing the life of your little peanut with the rest of us. Ok. . . . I mean pickle . . . . It is good to see that things are going well in Texas. Your family is an inspiration for anyone who would consider opening their arms to such a special child as Ashley. Thanks for allowing us to watch her grow! I can't wait to see videos of a walking girl! ;)

That is an AMAZING video! So beautiful and so moving. I was really struck by just how sick she has been in the past - so many tubes and wires in her. God really pulled her through it all. Thanks so much for posting.

Love, Pam

PS - how did you make that video? It it something online I could find?

Thank you so much Trish. I know you put it there for Ashley, but it was a blessing to us too. What a miracle she is. To see how far she has come is amazing. One of my best friends has a little boy that was born at less than 2 pounds when she was 6 months pregnant. He's been a miracle to watch grow. God is definitely at work.

thank you for sharing your sweet girls journey with us thru your pictures. What a testimony to the Faithfulness of the Father you all are. I forget that she is not that much older than my Abraham - he is 20 months old and MAYBE 22 lbs. My little peanut!
God Bless
Erinn
